Yogellie Bio
My love for yoga started half the world away in 2018.
I experienced my first Yoga flow whilst living in Vietnam. Yoga offered a mental break from chaotic streets of Hanoi, and a chance to challenge myself physically.
Being naturally inflexible and an over thinker, it didn’t take me long to start noticing the changes to my mind and body. Not only could I touch my toes, I could sleep better, my body felt stronger and I could switch off from the world around me.
Always seeking to improve and grow I visited studios all around Asia. This exploration of the world, of yoga, and of self, led me to realise I have a passion for dynamic movements on the mat.
Returning to the UK amidst the pandemic, yoga was my savior. Like everyone, my life plans changed.
Yoga helped me adopt a new life and daily practice gave me purpose. I knew it would help others too. So I started and completed my 200 Hour YTT from my bedroom!
I have been teaching classes ever since. My aim is to help students connect breath with movement, finding balance between exertion and relaxation. With focus on traditional Vinyasa Yoga, I want to encourage others to get into their bodies and explore mindful movement.
