About Yogellie

My love for yoga began in 2018, half a world away in Vietnam. Amidst the chaos of Hanoi, my first yoga flow offered both a mental escape and a physical challenge. Naturally inflexible and an over-thinker, I quickly noticed changes—touching my toes, sleeping better, feeling stronger and finally switching off from the world around me.

Teaching since then, my goal is to help students connect breath with movement, balancing effort and ease. Exploring studios across Asia deepened my passion for dynamic movement and traditional Vinyasa Yoga.

Returning to the UK during the pandemic, yoga became my anchor. Daily practice gave me purpose, leading me to complete my 200-hour YTT from my bedroom. Determined to share its benefits, I launched my own classes at Tockwith Village Hall in 2022. Since then, I’ve built a wonderful community of yogis in my little village—creating a space for connection, movement and mindfulness.
