What you can expect from a Vinyasa Flow with Yogellie

I carefully design each class to help you achieve total relaxation and find your flow state. With a focus on the traditional style of Vinyasa yoga, I sequence poses to enable you to move effortlessly around the mat. Encouraging you to find a connection between your breath and the movement of your body. All to the beat of both calming and energising music.

A guided meditation is used at the start of each class to encourage you to find stillness and get lost in your practice. You can expect to move from start to finish, with a balance between exertion and relaxation. I offer adaptions and the use of props throughout every flow, making my classes suitable for all levels. I aim to ensure that you leave each class feeling energised, loose and calm.
