Join our 60-minute mum & baby yoga classes—gentle, nurturing sessions for parents and babies aged 8 weeks to 1 year. These special moments support bonding, calm, and connection. Each class is thoughtfully designed to help new mums regain strength and confidence, with a focus on postnatal recovery, including gentle pelvic floor exercises and breathwork to ease the everyday challenges of parenthood.

Beyond movement, these sessions are a chance to build a supportive community with other local mums in a relaxed, welcoming space. There’s no rush to leave—you’re warmly invited to stay for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat after class.
