What you can expect from a mum and baby yoga class with Yogellie

Mum and baby yoga is a gentle way to exercise after giving birth, whilst also deepening the bond between you and your little one.

Each 60 minute class has been carefully designed to focus on the areas of the body that are most affected by pregnancy and child birth. You can expect to, loosen any tension that has built in the back and shoulders from carrying your baby – both inside and out! And regain strength in both the pelvic floor and the core.

Every class includes a relaxing meditation to help you get a moments peace during an otherwise very busy time of your life.

All you need to do is bring a blanket for your little one and relax.
